Concussion Management and Return to Play Protocols:

The link above describes the nature and symptoms of concussion injuries.  In recent years, the long-term damage and possible permanent impairment caused by head injuries has become a focus in athletics.  The response to these potentially life threatening injuries has changed.  Please read by clicking on the concussion management link above.

Student Athlete Questionnaire and Code of Conduct:  

This link provides you with a downloadable copy of our "green form/code of conduct".  This must be filled out every season that a student plays a sport as medical information may change during the course of a season.  Please deliver this form, (2 pages), filled out completely to the main office.  Fees and further information are available below.

Gaelic Knight Team Fees and Requirements:

Athletic Fees are as follows:

Varsity Sports 1st sport:     165

Modified Sport 1st sport:     140

Varsity Sport 2nd or 3rd:     100

Modified Sport 2nd or 3rd:      75

Varsity Football:                  190

Modified Football:                165

All students must have a Student Athlete Questionnaire filled out and a CURRENT physical.

Students may not practice or tryout for teams unless these requirements are fulfilled.

Student Athlete Questionnaires are available in the main office.  A student's physical must have been 

completed within one year of the start date for desired sport, otherwise a new physical is required in 

order to participate.
